Color-Coded Connectors for Easy Network Prioritization
The GS605AV has five ports that allow you to connect your various networked home theatre and gaming devices. The five ports are colour-coded to show different network priorities, so you can easily connect a more network-critical device like an Internet phone to the highest priority port.

NETGEAR Green -- Energy Efficient Design
The GS605AV switch is a NETGEAR Green product so you know you're getting an eco-friendly device. There's an automatic power-down mode that saves energy when a port isn't being used, and the Auto Green mode automatically detects cable length and adjusts power usage accordingly to save energy. All packaging is manufactured with at least 80-percent recycled materials.
